Upper and Lower Mainland of Myanmar

Emergency Aid Port - Bay of Bengal and Gulf of Martaban.

There is a great job to put together the field work for the lower section of the Myanmar lower mainland for the emergency management programs.

International logistics may be handeled from naval to air in Kyaukpyu for inland operations.

We make the section for the preparedness in upper section and lower section by point out the line from Chaung Thar to Kamarmaung. Including Kyaikto, Ka Mar Se, Hmawbi, Inma, and Chaung Thar. Yangon belongs to the Lower Section of the mainland of Myanmar. Ka Don Ka Ni, Kadônkani, Pyanpon, Pyinsalu, Zigyaing and Chaung Thar with the whole area of the lowland is critical for weather conditions and sealevel in times.

Remember that we must be clear with the national military in Myanmar and tell them that they shall never give away the intelligence about the international field operation guidance mechanism for the national emergency management plan. That must be keept an military secret unless otherways are dictated by the nature or any national catastrophe.

If we share up the mainland Myanmar for the unified operation to the emergency management. We draw a cross exact over the middle of the mainland and have therein four peaces with the above mentioned horizontal line. One bordering to China, supported by Korea and Japan. Second section bordering to Thailand, supported by the ASEAN countries, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, etc.

Russia, Pakistan, India may prepare for the Upper section from middle line towards the sealine of the mainland Myanmar and EU, US, UK, Australia may prepare for the Lower section of the mainland Myanmar from the middle towards sealine. Cooperation can be communicate between and inside each division. Intelligence must work out for the respective area of responsibility. Participating countries to this section model can communicate their response to the section best fitting each participation.

Interesting factors to this section model is that it can be adapt wherever in the world upon that a oversight of any disaster is been identified. It is also notable that the different time differences in arrival to such situation may be for accountability to the unified initial aid of operability.

Global Economic Outlook Summary

Key question has naturally been about international security after the 9/11 and whether it affects and how it impact the global economy. Global arrangements are important because the price is declining. Bilateral agreements is the problem. Therefore I will emphasise preventing this kind of slowdown. Fiscal stimulation with coordinated policy framework is further to be examined. How a recovery may be syncronized is so far less considered to achieve an effect. Here is to be noticed that there is a risk in coordinated efforts for the individual countries and regional productivity. Also, the state of Japan economy is important, to observe indications on deflation including inflation targeting. This discussion is at this known for the international society in a sense, and to continue with this program. Global demand to some extant can avoid these issues and solve any risk. The new fiscal policy in Japan will work out stability. Moreover, needed vehicle to get sustained growth is about structural reforms implemented while the advanced countries have to recognize that they cannot do business as usual. This is about a core global issue and the responsibility to structural change may concern the speed of a internal structure in the less advanced countries for get access to growth. For the global coordination it is important to pay attention to the commercial competitiveness when coresponding to the issue of foreign companies and employees required for the foreign operations. The gap is about the time in implementing cultural change. The requirement to the national government for higher percentage of the profits from natural resources may not solve this issue in a general policy, but the development of new financial markets.

Strategic global economic growth analysis

If we assume that it involves sensitive fiscal data and it is very unfortunate if the data are not fully anchored to reality. If a sensitive fiscal data is not based in fact, and were implemented in order to gain competitive advantage. Then we could see it as a factor to gain competitive advantage and we would with the transparency of the whole be able to turn it around and see that this factor could represent an effect or multiple effects. With the understanding of these effects, we would be payable on the basis of factor and take a series of actions to effects. Transparency of sensitive fiscal data can thus have a completely different outcome and a very different result than the analytic estimate in that fiscal data. A strategic move in parallel with that fiscal data can quickly demonstrate the lack of analysis for estimation and credibility of the analysis would thus be easily undermined, while the national growth would increase substantially. When it is set as financial data it is not as substantially sensitive as fiscal data.

Institutional Investor Advisory

Plus500 – Online trading platform

Plus500 – Online trading platform

Plus500 is an online trading platform for trading CFDs in forex, stocks, indices, ETFs and commodities.
My first impression was how simple and user-friendly the screens are,
each CFD category has its own easy to use tab.
Opening an account was completely painless and so was withdrawing and depositing money.
I could choose between credit cards, money transfer or e-money such as moneybookers or paypal.
With Plus500 you can trade with as little as $100 with 1:50 leverage.
The Platform accesses real time quotes from the world's major financial markets and is very responsive.
Dealing limits available include standard entry limits, stop loss limits, profit limit, trailing stop, and market orders. All limits are guaranteed too unlike some of their competitors.
Trading was very straightforward with the option to choose either the desktop application or the web-based platform (which I can use with my i-Pad and smart-phone).
Their service has 32 different languages, a sign of Plus500's global reach.
The unlimited demo account is free and they encourage every
trader to use it. There are training videos explaining how to use the trading
platform and exactly how to trade. I picked up some useful tips and the demo
account should definitely be used before trading. The demo account is not
limited by time, something that is quite unusual in the Forex market.
Customer service is available 24/7 through email and fax, although live chat is not there yet.
The service is responsive, efficient and friendly.
Plus500UK Ltd is authorized across the EU and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA)
- I felt confident opening an account and trading due to the strength of the regulatory base, regulation by
FSA means that my money is protected.
I was really surprised by the bonuses. For example, they gave me a 30% bonus on my
first deposit, as well as a $50 gift toward my trading account, that was even before I deposited money!
Overall, I was impressed by Plus500, they give you the feeling they really want your business,
especially with the bonuses they offer. The main advantages are the unlimited demo account, easy
to use yet powerful trading software, the wide variety of instruments and markets available for
trading, free cash bonuses, guaranteed stops, and finally, high reliability due to their FSA regulation.

Iron Ore Project Norway 2013-08-19

A short summary if you have not kept up on all communication! A new geological exploration program shall be developed for geological mapping of one or two ore bodies for mining development. The project is in a phase where a bank guarantee of NOK 800 'should be the basis for an initial investment plan of NOK 290' for a three-year geological exploration program. The process has been going on for some time now and will be upgraded with more concrete workarounds after the contract documents have been prepared with including institutions from the Norwegian government, attorneys, partners for preparation of feasibility study and the initial projecting stage.

Masjed funding with a closed-end fund (MMSEZ) (MMoU)

I will try to briefly explain a simple model to apply capitalization for projects. A first phase of a settlement is to secure a loyal cooperation. Planning meetings and set up a company registration is compiled. A preparation for indexing takes place in the context of that a portfolio is defined. In order to capitalize the fund is required that all policies is available and can be applied. Then it's time to contact an investment bank for an underwritting of securities to what the capital needs are estimated in the business plan. A underwritting seems then to you as a backup and the second important phase that requires the input becomes natural to ensure equity in mutual funds or in industry specific backed-up securities or other financial vehicles. Therefore, you should as soon as possible distribute information to mutual fund associations around the world. You can also contact mutual funds yourself that you feel can help you secure the capital. Personally, I can say that I have a great credibility for a small capital investment in a government bond fund. These units may involve a £ 3,000 per unit. Then we completed a major structural role and should therefore proceed with institutional investors or financial advisors to find investors. In a strategic plan for an investment prone capital. Large companies usually have bigger payoffs and can be of great importance for a fund that is small in the beginning. Note that there is a close interaction with your stock exchange as you put your financial instruments and website for your transparency. You should find out which professionals in the stock exchange that can help you with this.
